Claude Code, Cursor, and MCP aren't a productivity hack on the side of my workflow — they are the workflow. I write codebases that read well to models, ship custom system prompts as artifacts, and design tools the LLM can actually call.
It's a deliberate practice: legible state, typed boundaries, opinionated repo READMEs, and eval harnesses that catch regressions before the team does.
